Welcome to Monroe Images ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide luxury photography services, including editorial-style brand imagery, corporate portraits, and a full-service mobile studio experience. Booking and service details will be outlined in client agreements.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [X] days in advance. Fees may apply.

3. Image Rights & Usage

• We retain the copyright to all images and grant clients a usage license for personal or business branding purposes.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of images without written consent is prohibited.

4. Liability

• We take utmost care in delivering high-quality work. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failures, acts of nature).

• In the rare event of a reshoot, solutions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Confidentiality & Client Data

All client information and imagery are handled with discretion and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action.
